HSE Officer - Dubai Based
Location: Dubai, UAE
Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily toolbox meetings.
- Record site attendance.
- Perform HSE site inspections and prepare reports.
- Lead incident investigations and reporting.
- Prepare weekly HSE statistics reports.
- Manage applications and obtain work permits from landlords and clients from start to finish.
- Review all sub-contractor risk assessments and method statements.
- Develop risk assessments for self-performed works.
- Ensure compliance with the HSE management plan.
- Undertake site inspections for completed temporary works (eg. scaffolding).
- Coordinate with the municipality reporting and HSE inspections as required.
Key Requirements:
- 3-5 years UAE experience as an HSE Officer in civil and fit-out projects.
- Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety.
- Working at Heights certificate.
- First Aid certificate.
- DM approval (advantageous).
- Driver’s license (advantageous).
